There is also a wonderful pool on site as well! There is always something to do here and always entertainment for the kids! Located in a low-density area with limited public parking, this condo is a short half block off the intercoastal waterway to the West, and a five-minute walk to the beach to the East, so bring your boat (pre-approval required and fees required), fishing poles, and surf board!
Walking-
Unit is within walking distance of Island Ice Cream shop, Tony’s NY Pizza, Fusion 904, and Safe Harbor Seafood Restaurant. If you are looking for a drink, Sandbar Pub is a half block away. It is a typical local pub (dive bar!) with a pool table and jukebox.
Driving (short/medium)
About a 4-5 minute drive North, Paladar Cuban Eatery is excellent (great coffee and sandwiches) and we love Back 40 A1A. About 5-minute drive South is Commanders Shellfish Camp. Another excellent seafood restaurant. If you head into St Augustine Beach, there are all kinds of restaurants and bars. The Tide’s Oyster Co and Grill is also yummy.
Groceries-
There is a Wynn Dixie about a 12-minute drive away, a Publix just next door, and a Walmart a few minutes more.
