This unit is not pet friendly. Sea Winds 63 is a 3 story, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, 1600 square foot oceanside condo with a slight view of the ocean from the top floor balcony. The owners live nearby and are always updating the condo, recently with new kitchen countertops and updated cabinets. The condo has a 3rd floor private master suite with a king bed, the ground floor second and third bedrooms have a queen bed and twin beds. It has all the amenities of home including all the kitchen equipment and appliances you could ask for, a full size washer and dryer and a one car garage for your smaller family vehicle. * Rental rate does not include a cleaning fee, a non-refundable booking fee and 11.5% taxes. Rates quoted by the system for stays between 14 nights and 27 nights may not be accurate, please contact rental manager for an accurate quote.Sea Winds is a gated beach front community with a private boardwalk to the ocean, a sparkling pool with jacuzzi. The community also has a clubhouse that can be rented for private functions.Reservation will include a $55.00 Damage Protection Plan with coverage up to $3,000. If you do not wish to purchase this plan, a security deposit will be required. We will send you the information if you wish to opt out of the Damage Protection Plan and pay for a refundable security deposit. No Pets and No Smoking
